Quince is a US-based, hyper-growth consumer technology platform disrupting traditional retail through a manufacturer-to-consumer (M2C) model. By eliminating traditional retail markups, Quince delivers luxury-quality products at 50–80% below legacy retail prices. Backed by over $500M in funding from premier investors like ICONIQ Capital and Insight Partners, the company has crossed $2B+ in annual revenue while maintaining 100%+ YoY growth, serving tens of millions of monthly users across 20+ consumer product categories. The Product Development Manager will lead end-to-end category innovation for lighting, home decor, and cookware, partnering with world-class global manufacturers to build high-volume, premium product lines. This role owns and actively manages day-to-day product development timelines across new products, color and size extensions, vendor transitions, and refreshes, tracking milestones and escalating risks early. Key responsibilities include serving as the central coordination point across Merchandising, Sourcing, Fit, Technical Development, Materials, QA, Creative, and Vendors to ensure alignment on development status and dependencies. The manager ensures all required product documentation is accurate and complete prior to vendor handoff, including technical specifications, build documentation, testing requirements, and fit inputs. They coordinate and track sample requests, shipments, reviews, fit requests, and revisions to drive efficiency and maintain momentum toward target timelines. Additional duties include facilitating timely product reviews and approvals by Merchandising, Fit, and Technical teams; tracking testing requests and results to ensure quality outcomes are clearly communicated. The role involves running in-person country development trips with Global Merchants, Global Fit, and Local PD teams to accelerate decision-making and strengthen vendor relationships. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and vendor management skills in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
