Ambient.ai is the category creator in Agentic Physical Security, powered by Ambient Pulsar, a reasoning Vision-Language Model purpose-built for physical security. The platform integrates with existing security cameras and access control systems to unify monitoring, threat assessment, response, and investigations through an always-on reasoning layer. In this role, you will report to Vikesh Khanna (CTO and Co-founder) and oversee all phases of product feature development for a substantial portion of the product. You will have end-to-end responsibility for the roadmap, strategy, and execution for large enterprise customers. Working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, engineering, and leadership, you will guide products from conception to launch, connecting technical and business perspectives. You will engage extensively with external customers to understand improvement opportunities and bring new features to support their needs.
Key responsibilities include managing and coordinating the product roadmap and long-term vision, driving new feature developments from start to finish, running user research and data-driven experiments to inform product direction, and establishing success metrics post-deployment. You will manage ambiguity and complexity within the product development cycle while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
The ideal candidate brings 3-5+ years of product management experience with demonstrated success building and shipping products for enterprise customers. B2B SaaS background with direct enterprise customer experience is required. You should excel at defining and analyzing metrics, managing multiple stakeholders, and thriving in fast-paced environments.
