Wealth.com is the leading estate planning platform trusted by 1,500+ wealth management firms. The company has built Ester®, a proprietary AI engine that reads, extracts, and summarizes complex legal documents, transforming hundreds of pages into actionable data and visualizations. You will serve as Product Manager for Ester, owning the product strategy and execution for this AI-powered system. This is a high-impact leadership role bridging cutting-edge LLM research with real-world legal complexity. You'll drive the vision for how AI transforms the estate planning journey—from document ingestion and legal data extraction to agentic workflows and client-facing insights. Key responsibilities include: driving product development and competitive strategy; scoping and prioritizing features based on business impact; translating strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes; partnering with engineering for rapid delivery; understanding user experience and identifying product gaps; leading product launches with marketing and leadership; conducting user interviews and testing; building internal and external buy-in for the product vision; and using data and metrics to inform development. You'll represent the company with users and potential users, act as a product evangelist, and solve problems both independently and collaboratively. The role requires deep technical fluency across the AI lifecycle: document AI/OCR, LLM orchestration, multimodal RAG with PDFs and images, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning. You should be comfortable leading technical discussions with AI researchers on extraction accuracy and model evaluation. Wealth.com has won Top Estate Planning Technology (2025 WealthManagement.com Awards), Best Technology Provider in Trust (2024), and #1 estate planning market share (2025 Kitces AdvisorTech Study). The company is certified as a Great Place to Work for 2025.
