Gyde is building an AI-native insurance brokerage platform that transforms traditional brokerages into next-generation, data-driven organizations. The company acquires traditional insurance agencies and reimagines their operations through AI, automating workflows, powering intelligent voice and chat experiences, and predicting optimal coverage for individuals and businesses. Gyde has raised $60M led by Lightspeed Venture Partners with participation from Optum Ventures, Crystal Venture Partners, and others. The founding team includes leaders from Oscar, Stripe, Vista Equity Partners, and Alpine. You will join as a Lead Product Manager reporting to the Head of Product, owning key areas of the AI agent portfolio—specifically production voice and SMS agents that handle real client conversations across the insurance lifecycle. This is an early product hire role with broad ownership that evolves with the roadmap. You will take AI agents from concept through production, adoption, and measurable revenue impact in a CMS-regulated, high-stakes healthcare domain. Key responsibilities include: setting product strategy and roadmap for your agent portfolio area; shepherding conversational AI agents from concept through production launch and revenue impact; owning prioritization decisions; defining success rubrics, evaluation coverage, escalation behavior, and compliance standards; translating broker and operator insights into roadmap priorities through field work (~25% travel); defining success metrics tied to revenue per broker; and aligning founders, engineering, design, and partner success around direction and sequencing. You should have 8+ years of product management experience with 2+ years shipping AI/ML-powered products to production, ideally in regulated or workflow-heavy domains. You need demonstrated end-to-end product strategy ownership, fluency in how LLM products are built and improved (evals, prompt iteration, quality/latency/cost trade-offs), a track record of metrics-driven product decisions balanced with qualitative customer insight, and hands-on execution habits. You use AI tools daily to prototype and validate, listen to calls, read transcripts, and write first drafts yourself. You prefer shipping scoped V1s that generate signal over complete versions that don't.
