Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Organizations and Partner Experiences product space—the management plane that enables enterprises, resellers, MSSPs, and OEMs to scale their use of Cloudflare across multiple accounts. In this role, you will own priorities and scope for a high-performing engineering team building the Organizations management plane. You'll act as a nerve center, connecting engineering, program management, marketing, revenue, and partners to ensure products ship on time with maximum impact. A key part of the job involves working cross-functionally with product managers across Cloudflare's verticals to prioritize systemic improvements that enterprise customers need. You'll be deeply customer-obsessed, directly engaging with enterprise and partner customers to understand their workflows and pain points, then translating those insights into a compelling roadmap. Data-driven decision-making is core to the role—you'll analyze usage patterns and quantify the impact of problems and opportunities in your space. The ideal candidate brings 6+ years of product management, technical program management, or equivalent experience delivering solutions at scale for technical audiences in cloud environments. You should have a strong sense of enterprise needs, user experience design sensibilities, and the ability to communicate clearly with both internal teams and external stakeholders. Bonus skills include hands-on experience with agentic coding tools, deep familiarity with go-to-market partner ecosystems, data fluency, and understanding of Internet infrastructure (layers 2–7). Cloudflare's culture emphasizes iteration, AI-native problem-solving, and curiosity over bureaucracy. The company runs one of the world's largest networks powering millions of websites and Internet properties, from individual bloggers to Fortune 500 companies.
