Tines is seeking a Senior Partner Sales Manager for Public Sector to lead partner strategy and execution across the US Federal, State, Local, and Education (SLED) markets. This is a senior individual contributor role with national ownership of the Federal partner business and responsibility for building and scaling the SLED partner strategy. You will own and execute Tines' national Federal partner strategy, developing and executing business plans with priority resellers, distributors, systems integrators, services partners, and technology alliance partners. You'll take commercial accountability for partner-driven pipeline, revenue, opportunity progression, and account outcomes. Working cross-functionally with Public Sector account executives, sales engineers, marketing, services, alliances, and sales operations, you'll coordinate around priority accounts and programs. Key responsibilities include: establishing consistent partner engagement cadence, field activity, enablement, and measurement; using partner intelligence and relationships to strengthen Tines' position in priority opportunities; and leading complex cross-functional initiatives without direct authority. You bring 10+ years of relevant experience in partner sales, channel sales, alliances, business development, or Public Sector sales, with significant experience owning partner or channel sales motions involving Federal civilian, Department of Defense, or intelligence community organizations. You have a proven record of delivering measurable pipeline and revenue through partners, experience building or scaling partner motions for emerging technology vendors, and strong knowledge of the Federal partner ecosystem including procurement, contract vehicles, and routes to market. Experience with FedRAMP, regulated Public Sector procurement, Salesforce, or cloud and enterprise software is valued. The role is remote with a preference for Washington, DC area candidates. DC-based candidates should expect approximately 30% travel; candidates elsewhere should expect 50% or more travel, including frequent trips to the DC area. This position offers significant opportunity to shape go-to-market strategy in a high-growth, venture-backed workflow automation platform serving Fortune 500 companies and government agencies.
