Snowflake is seeking a Senior Partner Sales Manager to drive sales alignment and go-to-market strategy with system integrator (SI) partners in the Enterprise West region. This is a quota-carrying role focused on strengthening and expanding collaboration between Snowflake and SI partners to drive mutual business growth. You will work closely with Partner Development Managers and the sales team to identify strategic SI partners, create comprehensive joint account plans, and execute campaigns that expand Snowflake's reach. Your responsibilities include developing and leading partner strategy for your territory and key industries, identifying partner solutions and capabilities that drive expansion and consumption of the Snowflake Data Cloud, and meeting sales quotas and consumption targets. Key responsibilities include: (1) Strategic Go-to-Market—identify SI partners, create joint account plans, drive campaigns, and meet sales and consumption goals; (2) Cross-Functional Collaboration—work with Product, Sales, Sales Engineering, Professional Services, and Marketing to ensure seamless partner and customer experiences; (3) Deal Support—assist system integrators with education, deal registration, pricing, and proposal support; (4) Performance Tracking—monitor joint initiatives, analyze sales data and market trends, and communicate outcomes; (5) Delivery Success—maintain communication with SIs during pre- and post-sales activities and coordinate with Professional Services on use cases and go-live dates. Required qualifications: minimum 10 years of partner experience, strategic alliances, sales, marketing, or business development in technology; Bachelor's degree; 5+ years of channel sales or channel program management with revenue accountability; strong executive presence; excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred: direct sales experience, established relationships with Canadian SI partners, working knowledge of cloud environments. Travel estimated at 25-50%.
