Salary: USD 105,000 - 130,500 / annual
Funko is a leading pop culture and licensed collectibles company, best known for its Pop! Vinyl figures and extensive portfolio of character licenses. The Senior National Accounts Manager (SNAM) will drive revenue growth and maintain strategic relationships with Funko's largest US retailers, including major national chains and category buyers.
Key responsibilities include: owning assigned revenue targets and team performance; proactively engaging with buyers and senior merchandising managers across key product categories; identifying, recruiting, and developing sales team members; providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management; analyzing point-of-sale and shipping data to recommend products and pricing strategies; collaborating with Sales Management on strategic growth initiatives; and preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
The role requires deep cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and People & Culture teams to coordinate product launches, sales promotions, and customer satisfaction initiatives. You'll leverage S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes to drive customer-focused sales strategies and optimize product mix for both Funko and retail partners. Success is measured by consistent quota attainment, revenue targets, and quarterly incentive goals.
Ideal candidates bring 5–8 years of sales or retail management experience, preferably with consumer product companies selling to large national retailers. Knowledge of the collectibles, toy, or CPG industries is valued. You should demonstrate strong project management, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with ERP systems, retailer-specific platforms, and MS Office Suite is required. A bachelor's degree, exceptional communication skills, and a track record of successful stakeholder conflict resolution round out the profile.
