Wiz is seeking a Senior Manager of Global Partner Solutions Architecture to lead and scale technical excellence across its global partner network. Reporting to the Head of Partner Solutions Architecture, you will direct a globally distributed team of Partner Solutions Architects responsible for enabling Global System Integrators (GSIs), Cloud Service Providers (CSPs), regional System Integrators, VARs, and MSPs to successfully deploy and scale Wiz's cloud and AI security platform.
In this role, you will develop and execute partner enablement strategies, manage technical team performance, and drive accountability through metrics and operational systems. You'll balance hands-on technical leadership with team management, engaging directly with partner executives and internal stakeholders to align on technical roadmaps and go-to-market initiatives.
Key responsibilities include recruiting and coaching a skilled, geographically distributed team; designing and deploying programs to advance both technical and selling capabilities; navigating complex partner organizational structures; and scaling programs across multiple geographies and cultures. You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Partner organizations to ensure partners have the technical resources and expertise needed to deliver Wiz solutions to enterprise customers.
The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in Partner Solutions Architecture or Solutions Engineering within global SaaS or cloud security organizations, with 5+ years managing and coaching technical teams. You must have deep expertise in cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP, networking, IAM, containers, CSPM/CNAPP), strong understanding of managed services, and proven ability to influence C-level executives and partner leaders. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code, and partner program management is preferred.
