Salary: USD 68,000 - 129,000 / annual

DoubleVerify is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to join the Marketing Programs & Operations team at their NYC headquarters. This is a high-impact individual contributor role focused on optimizing the marketing technology stack, building scalable account-based marketing (ABM) programs, and creating automated systems that drive pipeline quality and revenue growth. You will work closely with the Senior Manager of Programs & Operations to ensure seamless data flow between systems, optimize the lead lifecycle, and enable global marketing and commercial teams to operate efficiently. As the technical expert and strategic partner, you'll translate business needs into automated solutions while maintaining data integrity across an enterprise-grade tech stack. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining complex HubSpot workflows and automation rules; owning integrations between HubSpot and other systems to ensure high-quality lead handoff to sales teams; overseeing marketing technology stack configuration including forms, tracking scripts, and third-party integrations; executing technical components of ABM programs with account-based list management and automated nurture infrastructure; maintaining marketing database hygiene through regular cleanup, segmentation, and privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA); partnering with marketing teams on email campaigns and website updates; identifying opportunities to introduce new platform capabilities; documenting operational processes and SOPs; and providing technical support for website and event operations including Splash integrations and GA4 tracking. Required qualifications include 5-6 years of marketing operations or similar technical experience; deep hands-on HubSpot expertise; strong Salesforce proficiency and MAP integration knowledge; marketing data management skills including UTM governance; experience with project management tools like Monday.com; analytical troubleshooting ability; detail orientation; cross-functional collaboration skills; and excellent communication abilities. Preferred qualifications include HubSpot certifications, HTML/CSS troubleshooting ability, B2B and ad tech experience, and global/international working experience across time zones and cultures.
