Motive is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing operations for the UK market. Motive is a SaaS platform that empowers physical operations teams (transportation, logistics, construction, energy, field service, manufacturing, agriculture, food & beverage, retail, public sector) with tools for safety, operations, and fleet management. The company serves nearly 100,000 customers globally and combines AI-driven visibility with operational automation. In this role, you will be the primary marketing leader for the UK, responsible for translating Motive's global strategy into locally relevant programs that drive pipeline and revenue growth. You will own the complete UK marketing plan, set priorities across inbound, product marketing, field marketing, and events, and report progress to sales and marketing stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: - Building and owning the integrated UK marketing plan aligned to regional revenue and pipeline goals, with clear prioritization across inbound, product marketing, field marketing, events, and sales support - Serving as the primary marketing contact for UK Sales leadership and cross-functional partners - Driving targeted inbound pipeline generation through campaigns, account plays, and territory strategies in partnership with Growth Marketing and Sales - Contributing to localization of positioning, messaging, and value propositions for UK buyers; building feedback loops with Sales, customers, and Product teams - Supporting product launches and feature releases in the UK market; developing sales collateral, enablement materials, customer stories, and case studies - Planning and executing UK field events, trade shows, customer roundtables, and executive programs end-to-end - Managing the UK marketing budget and making efficient investment decisions - Building lightweight processes, documentation, and reporting to make marketing activity visible and scalable - Using data and analytics to measure performance and recommend where to double down, pause, or pivot You will work closely with UK Sales leadership and the US Marketing team, bringing the voice of the UK customer back into the business. The role requires comfort stretching across disciplines, working cross-functionally, and delivering with limited day-to-day support in a fast-moving, startup-like environment. Requirements: - 8–10+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, technology, or enterprise software - Demonstrated success owning and executing regional or segment-level go-to-market plans that drive pipeline and revenue - Experience or ability to stretch across multiple marketing disciplines (product marketing, demand generation, field marketing, events, campaigns, content, customer marketing, communications) - Proven track record of leading this type of work with judgment to apply learnings in new markets - Excellent writing, communication, storytelling, and presentation skills; ability to translate complex products into compelling stories for UK audiences - Strong understanding of targeted inbound marketing, product marketing, localization, event execution, sales support, and performance measurement - Ability to collaborate with senior Sales leaders and influence without direct authority - Comfort with AI for content generation and localization - Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strategic perspective - Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous, startup-like environments; ability to build programs from the ground up - Analytical mindset with experience using Salesforce, marketing automation, or similar tools - Collaborative, resourceful, and action-oriented with high sense of ownership - Based in the UK with ability to work from Motive London office three days per week and travel within UK and EU for customer meetings and events
