Uplane is building AI technology for the marketing agency of the future, helping companies eliminate waste in advertising through intelligent creative production tools. The company develops software that supports creative producers with static ad creation, video ad creation, landing page design, and related capabilities.
In this role, you will be an AI-native video producer responsible for creating high-performing video ads for performance marketing campaigns. You will use Uplane's self-developed AI video engine to produce, edit, and design video ads that reach millions of people across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Rather than handling tedious technical work, you focus on concept development, storytelling, and creative taste while the AI engine handles the grunt work.
Key responsibilities include:
- Using the AI video engine to produce, edit, and design strong video ads for paid social campaigns
- Collaborating with marketing managers and creative designers to ensure high-quality execution and timely delivery
- Providing feedback to the product and engineering teams to shape the evolution of the video engine
- Taking ownership of projects and driving creative excellence

REQUIREMENTS:
- Passion for video production with experience in scripting, editing, and motion design
- Years of experience producing and/or editing videos
- Work experience in paid social or performance marketing campaigns
- Fast learner, hard-working, and stress-resistant
- Curious and excited about AI (not afraid of it)
- Fluent English
