Uplane is building AI software for the next generation of marketing agencies, enabling creative producers to generate high-performing video ads at scale. The company's self-developed AI video engine handles the technical grunt work—rendering, effects, tedious editing tasks—freeing producers to focus on creative direction, storytelling, scripting, and taste.
In this role, you will be an AI-native Video Producer responsible for producing, editing, and delivering video ads for performance marketing campaigns. You'll work directly with our AI video engine to create ads that reach millions of people across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Your videos will power paid social campaigns for our clients, and you'll see real performance metrics and impact.
You will collaborate closely with marketing managers and creative designers to ensure projects meet high standards and deadlines. You'll also provide direct feedback to our product and engineering teams, shaping how the AI video engine evolves. This is a hands-on role where you own the creative output and drive results.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Passion for video, scripting, editing, motion, and creative work
- Years of experience producing and/or editing videos
- Work experience in paid social or performance marketing campaigns
- Fast learner, hard-working, and stress-resistant
- Curious and excited about AI (not afraid of it)
- Fluent English
