Uplane is building AI technology for the marketing agency of the future, helping companies eliminate waste in advertising through intelligent creative production tools. The company has developed a self-service AI video engine that supports static ad creation, video ad creation, landing page design, and related creative assets.
In this role, you will be an AI-native video producer responsible for using Uplane's proprietary AI video engine to produce, edit, and deliver high-performing video ads for paid social campaigns. Your work will reach millions of people across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok. You'll collaborate with marketing managers and creative designers to execute projects to high standards and on schedule. You'll also provide feedback to the product and engineering teams to help shape the evolution of the AI video engine.

Rather than handling tedious technical work, you focus on concept development, storytelling, and creative taste while the AI engine handles the grunt work. REQUIREMENTS:
- Passion for video production, including scripting, editing, motion, and creative work
- Years of experience producing and/or editing videos
- Work experience in paid social or performance marketing campaigns
- Fast learner, hard-working, and stress-resistant
- Curious and excited about AI (not afraid of it)
- Fluent English
