Snowflake is seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to lead and scale a high-performing Sales Development team in Atlanta. You will manage a team of 8 SDRs focused on pipeline generation and developing future Account Executives and managers. The role combines strategic team-building with tactical execution in a fast-growing, high-technology environment.
Key responsibilities include: scaling and managing the SDR team to consistently exceed aggressive pipeline goals; owning execution of new business pipeline targets for Enterprise and Majors segments; analyzing top-of-funnel metrics, pipeline quality, and revenue influence; building deep cross-functional partnerships with Marketing, Sales Operations, Enablement, and Product Marketing to optimize campaigns, field events, and team productivity; attracting, hiring, developing, and retaining world-class SDR talent; and coaching high performers toward Account Executive and management roles.

The ideal candidate brings 2-5 years of leadership experience managing high-performing, pipeline-generation teams in fast-growing technology companies. You are data-driven, highly analytical, and lead through influence with structured thinking. You excel at building teams strategically while executing tactically day-to-day. You have a reputation for being collaborative, innovative, accountable, and reliable across cross-functional teams. You are passionate about attracting and developing early-career sales talent and possess deep understanding of predictable revenue models, sales development mastery, value selling practices, and leadership philosophy.
