Leadership & Team Building: Lead and develop a high-performing influencer team currently consisting of three coordinators. Provide structure, mentorship, and clear performance standards while building out the team to support scale. You bring 6-8+ years of experience in influencer or creator partnerships with a proven track record of scaling programs at meaningful volume. Strong DTC and performance marketing experience (subscription experience preferred). Commercial fluency with comfort pricing deals, negotiating terms, reading performance data, and making ROI-driven decisions. Experience managing budgets and performance targets.
