Replit is seeking a Senior Learning Experience Lead to build and own a modern, AI-native learning function. This is a hands-on builder-leader role focused on designing, delivering, and measuring the impact of onboarding and enablement experiences.
You will own the learning platform end-to-end as its DRI, including roadmap, learning journeys, and instructional design. Your initial focus is transforming the Support organization's onboarding into a tracked, repeatable system with role-based learning paths that accelerate time-to-productivity. Over time, you'll expand this mandate across the broader company in partnership with the People team.
Key responsibilities include: owning the learning platform and its strategic direction; designing and facilitating live onboarding experiences and converting them into durable on-demand content; creating prescriptive learning paths and supporting materials; establishing measurement criteria that prove behavioral change and ramp speed (not just completion rates); and growing the platform and learning function as adoption expands.
You'll need deep L&D expertise with a track record of designing and running learning programs with visible organizational impact. You're a builder who ships and iterates using modern tools—you've built learning apps, LMS experiences, or similar. You have experience leading multi-person, cross-functional efforts, standing up onboarding programs or learning paths from scratch. Strong facilitation skills, measurement instincts (pre/post analysis, behavior change metrics), and comfort with ambiguity on a fast, generative team are essential.
Bonus qualifications include hands-on experience with AI-native tools like Replit, micro-learning and cohort-based program design, experience scaling learning across organizations, and coaching or manager-development background.
This is a full-time role based in Foster City, CA with an in-office requirement of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
