Rula is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Specialist to lead the execution of its Paid Search program, one of the largest in the mental health space. Reporting to the Director of Patient Performance Marketing and collaborating with the Senior Paid Search Manager, you will own a sophisticated, high-scale program ($20M+ annual spend) optimizing for patient acquisition and lifetime value across Therapy and Psychiatry service lines.
You will be responsible for managing value-based bidding strategies in Google Ads (tROAS, Smart Bidding value rules) and Microsoft/Bing Ads, leveraging LTV-based performance frameworks to drive patient starts while maximizing lifetime value. Your work will directly impact how many people can access mental health care through Rula. You will partner closely with Analytics, Finance, and Brand teams to build a program that balances technical sophistication with mission alignment.
This role requires 4+ years of hands-on paid search experience managing programs at significant scale, deep expertise in value-based bidding, strong command of Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing Ads campaign management including Smart Bidding strategies and audience segmentation, fluency with LTV-based performance frameworks, and proficiency with BI tools like Looker.
Preferred experience includes healthcare or health-tech backgrounds where customer LTV drives growth economics, multi-service line or multi-brand paid search program management, feed-based or audience-driven value signals (customer match, value rules based on predicted LTV segments), media mix modeling or incrementality testing, and first-party data activation and audience segmentation strategies.
