Tabs is an AI-native revenue platform for modern finance and accounting teams, automating the contract-to-cash lifecycle including billing, collections, revenue recognition, and reporting. Founded in 2023 and backed by Lightspeed Venture Partners, General Catalyst, and Primary, the company is headquartered in New York.
As Sr. Growth Marketing Manager, you'll be a hands-on operator owning four core pillars: campaign operations, paid media management, website optimization, and reporting. You'll manage paid social advertising end-to-end across LinkedIn, Meta, and other channels—handling strategy, execution, creative coordination, budget management, and optimization. You'll also support the paid search program, working with agency partners to optimize and scale Google Ads spend.
In campaign operations, you'll build and maintain campaign infrastructure in HubSpot, creating forms, programs, automations, and integrations across ad platforms. You'll partner with the GTM engineer and lifecycle marketer to develop workflows for lead follow-up and routing, and coordinate with the creative team on asset gathering for campaign launches.
For website optimization, you'll run conversion rate optimization (CRO) testing, own SEO/AEO initiatives using AirOps, and identify opportunities to improve on-site conversion and organic/LLM visibility. You'll also support dashboards connecting marketing spend to down-funnel performance including pipeline, opportunities, and revenue.
You're analytically driven with strong instincts for connecting paid media activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes. You're a systems builder who enjoys creating repeatable infrastructure rather than one-off campaigns, and you collaborate easily across creative, lifecycle, GTM engineering, and agency partners.
Required: 5-7 years in growth or demand generation marketing at B2B SaaS companies, proven end-to-end paid social program ownership, working knowledge of paid search, deep hands-on HubSpot fluency (forms, workflows, programs, reporting), comfort with CRO testing tools, and SEO fundamentals. AEO or LLM-search optimization experience is a plus.
Role is based in New York City at the Soho office, 4 days per week in-office.
