Rally is an agentic research infrastructure platform that automates user research recruitment and management. The company enables product teams at companies like Google, Meta, Figma, and MongoDB to conduct research safely at scale. You'll join as Senior Growth Marketing Manager, owning the demand generation and pipeline coverage function end-to-end. In this role, you'll build and run Rally's demand engine, deciding strategy and execution rather than following a fixed plan. You'll identify and test new channels and tactics to diversify pipeline sources, run events and email marketing campaigns, manage social initiatives, and continuously optimize based on CAC, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity. You'll partner closely with Sales to align campaigns with pipeline targets and field feedback, collaborate with Product Marketing on product-focused campaigns, and work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and the founders. Rally is remote-first with hubs in New York and Boston. The company operates async-by-default with in-person gatherings throughout the year. You'll have real ownership from day one and the autonomy to figure out the right approach rather than execute a predetermined plan. The team is small and high-ownership, working directly with researchers and product builders who use Rally daily. The company is at an exciting inflection point, having recently launched Rally Agent and MCP, and is now going after the largest companies in the world. You'll shape whether pipeline converts to revenue and directly impact the company's growth trajectory. REQUIREMENTS: - 6+ years running demand generation or growth marketing with a track record of owning a pipeline number and measurable results - Built and owned experience across paid campaigns, events, and content - Tech/SaaS background, from startup to mid-market scale - Comfortable operating with limited resources and ambiguity - Self-directed: prefer figuring out the right approach rather than waiting to be told what to do NICE TO HAVE: - Experience managing paid campaigns (Google and LinkedIn) and hosted webinars - Background in UXR or adjacent research/product tooling - Startup experience, particularly at Series A/B stage
