Smalls is a premium direct-to-consumer cat food and lifestyle brand seeking a Senior Growth Creative Strategist to own the learning system behind growth creative strategy. This role bridges performance marketing and brand, ensuring creative insights flow across all customer touchpoints—from paid ads to landing pages, lifecycle journeys, site experience, and product packaging.
You will own the creative learning system that connects every channel and surface Smalls operates, turning fragmented learnings into company-wide conviction about customer motivation, objections, messaging effectiveness, and brand influence. You'll build and scale the production engine that delivers quality creative at scale across Meta and other growth channels, including studio operations, UGC partnerships, and whitelisting workflows. You'll maintain the brand-led messaging architecture, owning the hypothesis hierarchy, testing roadmap, and prioritization of creative angles optimized for both acquisition and retention.
Beyond marketing, you'll translate creative and messaging insights into recommendations for site experience, landing pages, and product packaging—partnering with product and brand teams to compound paid media learnings across the entire customer experience. You'll serve as connective tissue between Growth, Brand, and Product, ensuring customer insights shape how Smalls communicates across all channels.
This is a role for someone with 8+ years in creative strategy, performance creative, or growth marketing in brand-driven organizations. You read performance data (hook rates, CPA curves, cohort quality) with precision, understand why creative works beyond surface metrics, and build systems that institutionalize wins. You balance direct-response fundamentals with brand voice, have earned trust from creative teams, and can drive alignment across channel owners without formal authority. You're genuinely excited about cats and the community that loves them.
