This Senior Engineering Manager / Director role leads the Infrastructure Engineering function. The position involves building and scaling infrastructure systems that support PayJoy's fintech platform serving millions of customers across emerging markets. Key responsibilities include: - Leading and growing an infrastructure engineering team - Designing and implementing scalable, reliable infrastructure to support millions of users - Overseeing cloud architecture, deployment pipelines, and system reliability - Driving technical strategy for infrastructure modernization and optimization - Collaborating with product, data science, and other engineering teams to ensure platform stability and performance - Managing infrastructure costs and resource allocation - Building a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement The ideal candidate brings deep experience in infrastructure engineering, proven leadership of technical teams, and a track record of scaling systems at high-growth companies.
