Salary: USD 140,000 - 160,000 / annual
KiwiCo is seeking a Senior eCommerce Manager to lead the company's direct-to-consumer (DTC) and Amazon business strategy. This is a high-visibility role reporting to executive leadership, responsible for architecting the overall DTC site merchandising strategy, including site experience, pricing, promotion strategy, and integrated marketing planning and execution.
Key responsibilities include: running the DTC and Amazon business with regular performance reporting to leadership; partnering with Product Development and Sourcing to translate customer insights into product roadmaps and merchandising plans; creating scalable playbooks for both channels; leading new product launches across cross-functional teams; coordinating integrated marketing calendars around seasonal moments and hero products; developing pricing and promotional strategies that balance customer acquisition, retention, and margin protection; optimizing the online shopping experience through testing and site merchandising improvements; and executing high-impact growth programs with continuous executive alignment.
The role requires 6+ years of consumer eCommerce experience (preferably DTC or subscription), 2+ years in demand planning, merchandise planning, or site merchandising, and a BA/BS degree. Ideal candidates are data-driven problem-solvers with strong quantitative and analytics skills (Mixpanel, Looker, Google Analytics experience valued), an AI-native mindset, excellent cross-functional collaboration abilities, and comfort operating in ambiguous environments. You should be equally comfortable with big-picture strategy and hands-on execution, with a passion for product storytelling and customer engagement.
The position is hybrid, based in Mountain View, CA, with 3-4 office days per week. The office is within walking distance to Caltrain.
