Salary: USD 196,000 - 225,000 / annual
Taulia, a fintech company within the SAP group, is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager (CSM) based in Singapore to drive success and growth across the Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ) region. The company operates a network serving over 2 million businesses in 150+ countries, helping enterprises and suppliers optimize working capital and supply chain resilience. Customers include Airbus, AstraZeneca, and Nissan.
In this highly visible role, you will own a portfolio of high-value accounts and be responsible for generating positive results from SAP Taulia programs throughout the customer lifecycle—from contract signature through implementation, ramp, and maturity. Your primary objective is to grow revenue from your accounts and improve adoption across the full client journey.
Key responsibilities include: developing program strategies aligned with client business objectives; collaborating with sales on post-signature delivery and program ramp; cultivating strong relationships with senior stakeholders and program managers; analyzing program performance using data analytics tools and presenting actionable insights; designing and implementing marketing campaigns to drive supplier adoption; identifying and mitigating account risks; maintaining account plans and revenue forecasts; and managing complex, high-value accounts while leading cross-functional projects.
You will need significant experience in customer success, account management, or related roles within fintech or financial services. Required qualifications include 4+ years in working capital management, 4+ years in trade finance, and 4+ years in fintech. You must be skilled at influencing senior-level decisions, comfortable with difficult conversations, and possess a deep understanding of working capital program growth. Strong data interpretation, communication, and project management capabilities are essential. Fluency in English is required; additional APJ language proficiency is advantageous. The role involves approximately 25% travel for client engagements and internal meetings. Authorization to work in Singapore is required.
