Highspot is a sales enablement platform transforming how companies increase sales productivity. We're seeking an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager with a technical background to join our International Post-Sales team and lead customer success efforts across the Asia Pacific region. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and ongoing success by building strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their business needs, and helping them derive maximum value from their Highspot investment. You'll operate in a fluid, fast-paced environment, often going beyond traditional job boundaries to deliver the technical and operational support customers need. Key responsibilities include: - Delivering essential customer-facing milestones including Mutual Success Plans, Solution Health Reviews, and Strategic Business Reviews - Partnering with the Sales team on renewal and expansion opportunities - Proactively identifying at-risk customers and developing mitigation plans to resolve churn risk - Building and maintaining strategic relationships with senior stakeholders at customer organizations - Ensuring customers achieve their desired business outcomes and ROI from Highspot You'll be a trusted advisor to customers, combining technical acumen with business acumen to guide them through their digital transformation journey. The ideal candidate has prior CSM experience, ideally in enterprise SaaS, with the ability to manage complex customer relationships and navigate technical conversations. Your background should include experience with customer success methodologies, account management, and ideally some exposure to sales enablement or similar software categories.
