HealthEdge seeks a Senior Customer Success Executive to own customer outcomes end-to-end across a portfolio of enterprise health plan clients. This is an outcome-ownership role, not relationship management. You will be accountable for the promise between what customers bought and what they are getting, resolving issues before they escalate into churn or missed expansion. Key responsibilities span four strategic pillars: (1) Create and own Customer Success Plans tied to client business objectives, quarterback execution across Delivery, Operations, Technology, and Product, and translate platform capability into customer-relevant outcomes. (2) Surface account risk proactively, own Path to Green recovery plans for at-risk accounts, and convert satisfied customers into active advocates. (3) Identify multi-product and cross-sell opportunities aligned with customer strategy, partner with Sales on clean handoffs, and maintain current views of customer roadmaps and commercial architecture. (4) Keep health scoring, CRM records, and success plans audit-ready, contribute to consolidated reporting, and flag data gaps proactively. You will demonstrate consistent behaviors: proactive ownership, accountability, influence without authority, direct communication with a plan, and composure under pressure. Required: 10+ years in health plan operations, healthcare consulting, or healthcare technology serving enterprises of $1B+ revenue. Demonstrated ownership of customer outcomes through difficulty (turnaround, escalation, at-risk retention) with accountability to measurable health, retention, or renewal targets. Proven delivery through teams you did not manage. In-depth knowledge of health plan operations end-to-end (claims, enrollment, billing, provider/network data, utilization management, regulatory environment). Commercial fluency with contracting, vendor dynamics, SLA structures. Deep experience with enterprise-class core administration or payer platforms (Facets, QNXT, HealthRules Payer, or comparable). Ability to run distressed accounts back to health as a managed program. Project/workstream management with named owners, dates, and dependencies. Fluency with modern work tools including AI tools as daily practice. Preferred: Executive or senior-leadership role in healthcare. Experience on the health-plan side of a vendor relationship. PE-backed, transformation, or turnaround environment experience. HealthEdge product suite experience. Hands-on exposure to system implementation, platform migration, or major upgrade. In the first 90 days, you will complete full account assessments, identify highest-risk accounts, develop Path to Green plans, and build working relationships across internal teams. At 12 months, you will demonstrate retention and health score improvement, convert at-risk accounts to referenceable status, identify expansion opportunities, and maintain audit-ready portfolio data.
