Reducto is an agentic document platform serving leading AI teams with enterprise-scale document processing. The company has grown 8x YoY, raised $100M+ from top-tier investors (a16z, Benchmark, First Round), and partners with companies like Harvey, Vanta, Scale, and FAANG enterprises. As Senior Content Marketing Manager, you'll build Reducto's content engine to earn trust with core audiences: AI/software teams optimizing document processes, business leaders, and knowledge workers. You'll create long- and short-form content across blogs, guides, videos, customer stories, and social channels, working hands-on as a writer on the Brand and Content team. Key responsibilities include: developing Reducto's editorial POV and quarterly content plans aligned to company priorities; owning the editorial calendar across technical and non-technical audiences (engineering deep dives, benchmarks, guides, workflow content); creating SEO/GEO-optimized content structured for search engines and AI assistants; interviewing customers to produce case studies and proof points for Sales; managing social and newsletter distribution (LinkedIn, X, developer communities); repurposing major assets into multi-channel distribution programs; partnering with DevRel, Engineering, Product, Sales, and Growth to translate technical depth into credible content; developing content briefs and managing freelancers; tracking sales objections and community questions to inform content strategy; and maintaining content standards and style guides. You'll report to the Brand and Content Lead and collaborate closely with Growth, Product Marketing, DevRel, Product, Engineering, and Sales teams. This is an on-site role in San Francisco. Ideal candidates have 4–7 years in content marketing, editorial, or related roles at B2B software companies. You're a strong writer who can move from concept to publication with minimal editing, have an editorial POV, can write credibly for diverse technical audiences, have shipped SEO-driven content and customer case studies that Sales uses, run social/newsletter programs, and prefer shipping and iterating to long planning cycles. Experience with developer tools, AI infrastructure, LLMs, document processing, operations/finance/legal/healthcare content, early-stage content building, owned audience growth, product-led motions, or AI tools is a plus.
