Rula, a Series C mental health and addiction treatment platform, seeks a Senior Brand Media Manager to own the strategic roadmap for brand media allocation, audience targeting, and measurement. Reporting to the Director of Patient Marketing, you will bridge upper-funnel brand building with lower-funnel patient acquisition, ensuring media investment drives both awareness and tangible patient starts.
You will serve as the key connective tissue between external agency partners and internal teams spanning Brand, Analytics, Performance Marketing, and Finance. This high-visibility role requires presenting media performance and strategy to C-suite executives, translating complex data into clear business recommendations.
Key responsibilities include planning and optimizing campaigns across premium streaming (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon), paid social (Meta, TikTok, Reddit), and other channels (DOOH, OOH, OLV). You will build and manage a brand measurement framework using media mix modeling (MMM) or multi-touch attribution, manage multi-million-dollar media budgets with forecasting and financial reporting, and oversee external media agency relationships including briefs, performance reviews, and accountability to business outcomes.
Required: 8+ years brand media planning and buying experience; hands-on expertise across premium streaming and at least two major paid social or alternative platforms; experience building brand measurement frameworks; proven management of large-scale media budgets; ability to present to senior audiences; experience managing external media agencies.
Preferred: healthtech/healthcare/regulated consumer category experience; first-party data activation and audience segmentation expertise; agency-side and in-house role experience; understanding of creative and media synergies in brand campaigns.
