Coupa Software is seeking a Senior Associate Demo Services Engineer to serve as a strategic bridge between our technological innovation and revenue achievement. This role is central to the pre-sales motion, translating complex spend management capabilities into compelling business outcomes for enterprise clients.
You will empower the sales organization by delivering flawless, scalable demonstrations of Coupa's industry-leading total spend management platform and Coupa AI. The platform leverages trillions of dollars of direct and indirect spend data across a global network of 10M+ buyers and suppliers, enabling customers to predict, prescribe, and automate smarter business decisions to improve operating margins.
As a Demo Support Engineer, you act as a force multiplier for pre-sales activities, delivering significant operational leverage that accelerates sales velocity and mitigates deal risk. Your technical expertise combined with business acumen will be critical in showcasing how Coupa's AI-driven solutions drive measurable value for large and small businesses.
This position requires deep technical knowledge of the platform, the ability to customize demonstrations for diverse customer scenarios, and strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with sales teams, product specialists, and customers to ensure successful deal progression and customer success.
