Moody's is seeking a Senior Associate in Account Management for its Corporate Finance division, based in New York. This role sits within the Commercial Group's MIS (Moody's Investors Service) line of business and focuses on managing and supporting client relationships in the corporate finance space across the region.
You will serve as a key point of contact for an assigned portfolio of customers, managing relationships, fee arrangements, and service delivery under the guidance of a regional account management team. Primary responsibilities include supporting customer interactions and fee discussions across relevant industries (real estate, gaming, homebuilding, chemicals, and digital infrastructure); liaising with external parties to resolve data, billing, and invoice issues; coordinating and preparing customer meetings; and maintaining accurate customer agreements and fee information in internal systems.
The role requires solid working knowledge of capital markets and corporate finance, with the ability to apply this knowledge in client-facing situations. You will collaborate with internal teams including Sales Support, Sales Operations, Billing, and Collections to resolve customer inquiries and support the ratings application process. The position involves approximately 20% domestic travel to support customer and business needs.

Required qualifications: 2–4 years of relevant work experience in financial services; solid knowledge of capital markets; strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under guidance; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); and an undergraduate degree or equivalent, preferably in finance, accounting, business, or economics. Salesforce experience and knowledge of digital infrastructure or digital finance are preferred.
