You will build the AI-first operating strategy and system that runs Product Marketing at scale, replacing manual handoffs with automated, always-current infrastructure. This role combines three core pillars:
**PMM Operations**: Partner with AI marketing experts to transform ad hoc and manual processes into automated workflows. Build the context layer—strategic inputs, templates, and structured knowledge—that feeds AI tools to multiply team impact.
**Release Strategy**: Re-imagine Samsara's release motion with an AI-first system. Identify the strategy and context needed to create tools and workflows that automatically convert release processes, deadlines, and launch context into launch calendars, tiering, and messaging. Own the system that makes this knowledge actionable with reduced cross-functional effort.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Create and maintain a structured source of truth for messaging, ICP, and positioning that PMM, downstream teams, and AI tools can draw on to generate campaigns, decks, blog posts, and launch content autonomously.
- Apply a system-first approach to PMM workflows. Build intake, tasking, and ticketing systems. Turn QBR materials, onboarding docs, and team processes into self-generating templates and tooling.
- Act as a force multiplier, identifying opportunities to improve team operations and delivering on them.
- Track dependencies and open items across concurrent workstreams, launch alignment, and ops rollouts to ensure nothing drops between systems and human relationships.
- Lead the redesign of Samsara's launch approach by partnering with stakeholders to synthesize product features, timing, and tiers into automated workflows that organize narratives by strategic priority.
You'll operate with a builder mentality in a high-ambiguity environment, comfortable moving fluidly between AI-systems work and whatever PMM needs to succeed.
