Salesforce is seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist for Spiff, a revenue intelligence and compensation management platform. In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for new Spiff customers post-sale, guiding them through implementation and driving rapid adoption of core functionality.
You'll own the customer welcome experience, establishing trusted advisor relationships and ensuring customers achieve measurable business value from their investment. Your responsibilities include delivering personalized 1:1 virtual engagements, applying consultative discovery techniques to uncover business use cases, and designing customized Success Paths that map clear steps from onboarding through value realization.
You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive customer outcomes, leverage AI tools to scale expertise, and contribute to the collective knowledge base. This is a customer-facing role that requires deep product knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate customer business needs into actionable product recommendations.
Required qualifications include 3+ years of spreadsheet proficiency (VLOOKUP, data modeling, formula logic), hands-on Salesforce experience, a bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field, and exceptional communication skills. You should have proven consultative expertise, strong relationship-building abilities, and technical aptitude with enterprise software. The role requires self-directed work style, problem-solving mindset, and professional English fluency.
Preferred qualifications include customer-facing experience in Finance, RevOps, or Sales Operations; data and systems literacy; software implementation experience with ICM tools (CaptivateIQ, Xactly, Varicent); Salesforce certifications; deep understanding of customer success methodologies; project management knowledge; data literacy; and AI/automation proficiency.
