The company provides applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and developer tooling to help frontier AI companies bring cutting-edge models into production.
You will define and own Baseten's up-market, enterprise, and vertical go-to-market strategy as Solutions Product Marketing Manager. This is a greenfield role focused on building the playbook for winning large, complex enterprise deals and establishing vertical go-to-market strategies in Financial Services and Health & Life Sciences.
Key responsibilities include:
**Enterprise Deal Playbook & Buyer Enablement**: Build the complete enterprise deal playbook including pricing guides, one-pagers, TCO/ROI analyses, landing pages, and field collateral mapped to each stage of the buyer journey. Establish systems for keeping sales assets current with clear ownership and refresh cadences. Develop industry-specific event concepts featuring anchor customers and AI-native accounts.
**Vertical GTM & Industry Strategy**: Create vertical sales kits and ICP/positioning frameworks for priority industries. Own industry-specific landing pages, messaging, and TCO guides. Design and launch ABM experiments in partnership with demand generation.
**Sales Enablement & Onboarding**: Design role-specific onboarding for Industries Account Executives including certifications, customer-grounded scenarios, and refreshable content. Build sales playbooks tied to real customer examples and package assets into AE-ready enablement motions covering first calls, competitive deals, legal/finance/procurement, and TCO/ROI analysis.
You'll work cross-functionally with the Industries sales team, product marketing, demand generation, and executive leadership. The role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution—you'll own landing pages, decks, one-pagers, and written content alongside framework development.
Required: 6+ years in product marketing, solutions marketing, or related GTM function at technical/infrastructure companies. Experience building enterprise or vertical go-to-market motions, translating infrastructure-heavy concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, designing sales enablement programs, and strong cross-functional coordination skills. Comfortable thriving in ambiguity and owning execution end-to-end.
Bonus: Experience in financial services, manufacturing, or health/life sciences; Customer Advisory Board or executive champion program experience; familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure or developer tools; technology partnership and co-marketing experience.
