Veeam is seeking a Solutions Engineer to evangelize and support the Vault product offering, working at the intersection of data resilience, security, and public cloud platforms. You will collaborate closely with field sales teams to drive technical wins, conducting live and virtual customer presentations and demonstrations. Your role involves serving as a trusted technical advisor for strategic customer accounts, leading architecture reviews, resilience assessments, and solution validation engagements to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Key responsibilities include engaging technical and executive stakeholders on resilience strategy, cyber recovery preparedness, and public cloud modernization. You'll provide guidance on protecting and recovering workloads across virtual, physical, public cloud, SaaS, and hybrid environments. You'll assess customer architectures and advise on data protection, disaster recovery, cyber resilience, and secure recovery strategies. Additionally, you'll analyze telemetry and platform adoption trends to identify optimization opportunities and expansion signals.
You'll collaborate with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Product Management, and Support teams to resolve complex technical challenges and advocate for customer outcomes. Delivering technical workshops, executive briefings, and strategic advisory sessions will drive adoption and long-term customer success. You'll act as a subject matter expert in Vault, public cloud data protection, cyber resilience, and secure recovery strategies, while working closely with Product Management to provide valuable customer feedback.
Required qualifications include 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, solution architecture, cloud engineering, customer success, infrastructure engineering, or related technical disciplines. You should have strong expertise in public cloud platforms, cyber resilience, data protection technologies, or enterprise infrastructure. Experience designing, deploying, supporting, or advising on public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, hybrid cloud) is essential. Understanding of cloud architecture, identity and access considerations, and security best practices is required.
