As a Solutions Engineer in the UK & Ireland region, you will be a trusted technical advisor to the local sales team, partners, and customers. This role sits within the GTM organization and requires a strong technical skillset—it is not a classic SE profile.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing interactive demonstrations of the Glean platform to prospective customers
- Educating technical teams on Glean's architecture and how the solution works within customer landscapes
- Scoping and executing sponsored pilot and Proof of Value (PoV) exercises to validate technical requirements and business objectives
- Training customers and partners on the product to ensure successful deployment
- Presenting at company-sponsored events
- Working closely with local Account Executives to drive technical success and delivery of sales opportunities
You will help guide organizations through their Generative AI journeys, connecting Glean to critical decision-making platforms including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, Slack, GitHub, Zendesk, and many others. The role combines technical depth with customer-facing delivery, requiring both hands-on technical knowledge and the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
