As a Solutions Engineer, you will be the trusted technical advisor bridging sales and customers, owning the customer experience from proof-of-concept through final decision. You'll work with key decision-makers (CTOs, CISOs, Senior Network Engineers) to understand their technical requirements, design security solutions, and overcome technical barriers. Key responsibilities include: - Serving as technical advisor to C-level and senior technical stakeholders - Collaborating with sales managers to understand deal status and next steps - Leveraging technical knowledge to address customer concerns and influence product direction - Designing security systems and creating quotes for unique customer challenges - Preparing project documentation (floorplans, scope of work, assumptions) - Working with Project Managers and Operations teams on solution execution - Partnering with support teams to accelerate product improvements You bring a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, IT, Networking, or IT Security, with strong IT fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing/switching). Prior physical security or cloud video experience is not required—the company will train. Outstanding Swedish and English communication skills are essential. Industry certifications (AWS, CCNA, MCSE, CEH, Security+) are valued. Experience with APIs, Python, Linux, and other coding languages is a plus. You're entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, and genuinely excited about software and hardware products. The role requires five days per week onsite in London. Visa sponsorship is available.
