Sanity is hiring a Staff-level Solutions Engineer for its PreSales team, based in Germany or the UK. You'll own the full pre-sales journey for enterprise deals—from initial strategic engagement through architecture scoping, proof of concept, and onboarding. You'll be the technical expert in the room, architecting complex demos that win deals, educating prospects on Sanity's AI-powered content operating system, and guiding customers through RFPs and architecture reviews.
Your responsibilities include owning the technical narrative across all stakeholder levels (C-suite to engineering teams), designing and demonstrating working technical solutions, and building showcase implementations and enablement programs that the broader SE team relies on. You'll mentor other Solutions Engineers, identify process improvements, and represent strategic customer requirements directly to product and engineering to influence the roadmap.
Sanity's platform treats content as data, enabling companies to create tailored content authoring experiences and workflows. Customers include SKIMS, Figma, Riot Games, Anthropic, Nordstrom, and Morningbrew.
You bring strong enterprise solution-selling experience with Fortune 500 accounts and C-level stakeholders. You have solid coding skills (JavaScript, React, APIs, JSON, Git) and can design working technical demonstrations. You excel at discovery, communication, and making complex architectures feel obvious to executives while making business problems feel urgent to engineers. Familiarity with CMS, content operations, and AI is valued. You're solution-oriented, creative, structured, and comfortable leading without a finished playbook.
