As a Solutions Engineer, you'll be a technical and strategic partner bridging sales, engineering, and prospective clients. You'll lead technical discovery discussions to understand customer pain points, collaborate with Legal Engineers to create custom demos and proof-of-concepts, and facilitate technical workshops. You'll respond to technical questions, security concerns, RFI/RFP responses, and implementation feasibility discussions throughout the sales cycle.
Key responsibilities include acting as a trusted technical advisor from early engagement through contract negotiation, designing scalable technical solutions based on customer needs, translating complex requirements into architecture diagrams and implementation roadmaps, and collaborating with Product and Engineering to validate feasibility and influence roadmap priorities. You'll partner with Go-to-Market teams on deal strategy, support onboarding of technical sales content, and work closely with Technical Delivery and Customer Success to ensure smooth transitions from pre-sale to implementation.
You'll bring 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical roles (preferably B2B), with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. Strong communication skills are essential—you'll explain complex technical topics clearly to both technical and business decision-makers, deliver presentations and demos, and facilitate technical discussions with clients.
