As a Solutions Engineer, you'll be a technical and strategic partner to the sales and engineering teams, helping prospective clients understand how Legora's solutions address their complex technical challenges. You'll lead technical discovery discussions to understand customer pain points and requirements, then collaborate with Legal Engineers to create custom demonstrations and proof-of-concepts that illustrate value.
Key responsibilities include facilitating technical workshops and proof-of-value sessions, responding to technical questions and RFI/RFP responses, and acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle. You'll design scalable technical solutions based on customer needs, translate complex requirements into architecture diagrams and implementation roadmaps, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to validate feasibility and influence roadmap priorities.
You'll also partner with Go-to-Market teams on deal strategy, support the creation of technical sales content (demos, battlecards, case studies), and work closely with Technical Delivery and Customer Success to ensure smooth transitions from pre-sale to implementation.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience), with 5+ years in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical roles, preferably in B2B. You should be experienced delivering technical presentations and demos to both technical and business decision-makers, with strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
