Glow is transforming enterprise endpoint security with an agentic-first platform that provides visibility, context, and autonomous remediation across endpoints, applications, and AI tools. As a Solutions Engineer, you'll be the trusted technical advisor guiding customers through their buying journey.
You'll partner closely with Account Executives to translate complex security challenges into practical business outcomes. This role combines technical expertise, customer engagement, and consultative selling. You'll lead technical discovery sessions, deliver tailored product demonstrations, design and execute Proof of Value and Proof of Concept engagements, and present technical solutions to security practitioners, architects, engineering teams, and executives.
Key responsibilities include serving as a cybersecurity advisor during customer evaluations, mapping pain points to platform capabilities, providing architecture guidance and deployment recommendations, and assisting with integrations into existing security ecosystems. You'll answer technical questions about product capabilities, APIs, integrations, and deployment models.
Cross-functional collaboration is essential. You'll work with Product Management to share customer feedback, partner with Engineering on complex challenges, support Customer Success on deal transitions, and contribute to marketing through webinars, events, technical blogs, and field enablement. You'll also develop reusable demo environments, create solution playbooks, mentor Account Executives on technical messaging, and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
You bring 5+ years of Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting experience, with background supporting enterprise software or SaaS sales. You have strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies and modern enterprise architectures, proven ability to lead technical presentations and customer workshops, and can communicate complex concepts to both technical and executive audiences. You're comfortable working with Enterprise or Strategic Account Executives, have excellent presentation and relationship-building skills, and are willing to travel up to 30%. You thrive in fast-moving startup environments, take ownership, act with accountability, and focus on delivering meaningful impact.
