Fin, an AI Customer Agent company, is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join the Customer Solutions Team, serving the LATAM region with Portuguese fluency. This role bridges pre-sales and customer success, positioning you as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle.
You will lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise customers, articulating Fin's AI-powered customer support capabilities and demonstrating measurable value. Key responsibilities include designing and executing Proof of Concepts (POCs) tailored to customer needs, conducting high-impact solution reviews with C-level stakeholders, and managing complex RFP responses and security assessments. You'll serve as the voice of the customer internally, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to gather feedback and influence product direction.
The role requires 4+ years of technical pre-sales experience managing C-level relationships, with fluency in Portuguese (Spanish preferred). You should be comfortable translating complex business challenges into technical solutions, thriving in both independent problem-solving and collaborative team environments. Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to challenge processes are essential. Occasional travel is required.
