As a Solutions Engineer in EMEA, you will serve as a technical advisor and subject matter expert on device management for prospects, customers, and internal teams. You'll bridge the gap between Sales, Success, Product, and Support, acting as a trusted resource to help customers understand Iru's capabilities and guide them toward effective solutions. Key responsibilities include: - Delivering compelling product demonstrations and technical deep-dives to prospects, customers, and partners, showcasing how Iru addresses complex device management challenges - Partnering closely with Sales and Success teams during sales cycles and customer onboarding - Developing resources such as scripts, API examples, documentation, and training materials to empower customers and colleagues - Serving as a second- and third-level escalation point for technical issues, working with Support to investigate and resolve complex cases - Acting as the customer's voice within Iru, relaying feedback and feature requests to Product and Engineering teams to shape the product roadmap - Assisting in refining internal processes and onboarding experiences - Staying current on platform developments, MDM standards, and ecosystem integrations Requirements: - 3+ years managing Apple devices in a technical capacity (engineering, consulting, pre-sales, or professional services) - Extensive knowledge of Apple Business Manager/School Manager, MDM protocols, Automated Device Enrollment, APNS, and Apps & Books - Comfortable navigating macOS Terminal and leveraging shell scripts or Python to automate and troubleshoot workflows - Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex technical topics clearly and concisely - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to tailor communication styles to different audiences - Proven ability to work effectively across teams (Sales, Support, Product, Engineering) and switch contexts efficiently - Natural inclination to explore new technologies, solve problems, and contribute to continuous learning
