Trustpilot is a profitable, high-growth FTSE-250 company operating the world's largest open customer review platform. As a Solutions Engineer, you will be the technical specialist supporting the New Business and Account Management teams, bridging the gap between Trustpilot's technical capabilities and customer requirements.
Your primary responsibilities include conducting technical discovery sessions with Account Executives to understand customer needs and existing system environments. You will deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations that articulate Trustpilot's value proposition, flexibility, and ROI to prospects. You'll configure and present standard solutions addressing specific customer pain points and business goals, and manage proof-of-concept pilot programs to validate functional requirements and technical impact before contract signing.
Throughout the sales cycle, you'll act as a trusted technical advisor, answering questions and resolving blockers that could impede deal progression. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to ensure solution integrity and smooth customer handover. You'll maintain accurate documentation of proposed solutions and integration requirements, and capture recurring customer feedback to inform product development.
You bring proven experience in a technical customer-facing role such as Sales Engineering, Technical Support, or Implementation. You're proficient in web technologies including APIs, JavaScript, and standard SaaS integration methods. You excel at translating technical features into language that non-technical stakeholders understand, and you can manage multiple active sales opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
