Trustpilot is a profitable, high-growth FTSE-250 company operating the world's largest open customer review platform. As a Solutions Engineer, you'll be the technical specialist supporting the New Business and Account Management teams, bridging the gap between technical features and customer requirements to drive commercial results.
You'll execute technical discovery sessions with prospects to uncover their needs and existing system environments. You'll deliver tailored product demonstrations that articulate Trustpilot's value, flexibility, and ROI to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You'll configure and present standard solutions addressing specific customer pain points and business goals, and manage proof-of-concept pilots to validate functional requirements before contract signing.
Throughout the sales cycle, you'll act as a trusted technical advisor, answering questions and resolving blockers. You'll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to ensure solution integrity and smooth handover. You'll maintain documentation for proposed solutions and integration requirements, and capture recurring customer feedback to inform product development.
You'll need proven experience in a technical customer-facing role such as Sales Engineering, Technical Support, or Implementation. Proficiency in web technologies including APIs, JavaScript, and standard SaaS integration methods is essential. You should excel at explaining technical features to non-technical stakeholders, manage multiple active sales opportunities simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment alongside Sales and Customer Success colleagues.
