As a Solutions Engineer, you will serve as a senior technical and business advisor driving complex enterprise sales engagements and shaping how project44 delivers value to the market. This is a strategic, hands-on role where you lead technical discovery and solution design for the company's largest customers, mentor junior Solutions Engineers, and partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales to influence platform direction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading technical strategy and solution design for complex global enterprise opportunities
- Serving as the primary technical authority during sales engagements, partnering closely with Account Executives to develop and execute account strategies
- Translating intricate customer challenges into scalable, high-impact project44 solutions
- Acting as a subject matter expert in supply chain visibility, transportation management, and digital transformation
- Mentoring the next generation of Solutions Engineers
- Conducting technical discovery workshops and building architectural recommendations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to influence product roadmap and platform capabilities
