Salary: USD 140,000 - 180,000 / annual
Mesh is building infrastructure to enable consumers to pay and be paid with any asset, bridging the gap between tokenized assets and everyday commerce. The company combines an orchestration engine with a consumer app to unlock liquidity globally, backed by PayPal Ventures, Paradigm, and Galaxy Ventures.
As a Solutions Engineer, you will be the technical bridge between customers and internal teams during the pre-sales lifecycle. You'll work closely with support engineering and product teams to drive rapid implementation and adoption across diverse customer segments including Payment Service Providers, iGaming platforms, wallets, exchanges, and traditional finance institutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serving as a solutions/sales engineer, building strong relationships with prospects and customers to drive implementation and adoption
- Designing and implementing pre-sales solutions including analytics, processes, documentation, and technical infrastructure
- Optimizing tools like Gong, Pylon, Kapa, Datadog, and Amplitude to enhance workflows and customer experience
- Guiding customer teams on SDK and API implementation best practices to reduce timelines and facilitate platform rollouts
- Triaging and resolving technical issues between customers and internal teams
- Occasional travel (approximately monthly) for strategic customers, company meetings, or industry events
You'll work alongside Solutions Architects and Product to create industry-specific playbooks, mentor customer engineering teams, and develop innovative solutions that accelerate sales and implementation timelines.
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data, or equivalent work experience; 2-5 years as a sales/solutions engineer, solutions architect, or support engineer, ideally in a startup environment; strong interpersonal and communication skills; demonstrated technical knowledge with APIs; ability to manage multiple projects; familiarity with API management tools and SDKs; knowledge of crypto, fintech, blockchain, and digital assets; technical skills in coding, APIs/SDKs, and AI/automation.
