Kaseya is seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer to join its Medellín hub and support the Sales team across LATAM and North American markets. The role is a pre-sales technical leadership position focused on delivering compelling technical demonstrations and guiding prospective customers through Kaseya's "IT Complete" technology stack—a comprehensive AI-powered IT management and cybersecurity platform serving Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and internal IT organizations.
Key responsibilities include designing and delivering high-impact technical demonstrations, partnering with Account Executives to identify customer pain points and engineer tailored solutions, and supporting the full pre-sales lifecycle from initial discovery through proof-of-concept coordination and technical validation. You will confidently address technical objections, solution architecture questions, and act as the "voice of the customer" by providing field feedback to product and engineering teams.
Additional duties include maintaining expert-level knowledge across the Kaseya portfolio (automation, security, backup, endpoint management), supporting RFI/RFP responses and technical documentation, and working directly with customers during POC phases. Most customer engagement occurs virtually via Zoom and Microsoft Teams, though travel within LATAM and NAM regions is expected for industry events and key customer meetings.
Required qualifications include fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and demonstrated background in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Pre-Sales role. Preferred qualifications include proven ability to communicate technical products to both IT and business stakeholders, familiarity with the MSP ecosystem (PSA, RMM, security, backup platforms), strong Windows experience with functional understanding of macOS and Linux, and a curious, proactive mindset. Must be able to work fully in-office at the Medellín location.
