Fin is an AI Customer Agent company seeking a Solutions Engineer to join the Customer Solutions Team in Chicago. This role bridges the gap between customers and product, serving as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle.
Key responsibilities include leading technical discovery sessions to understand customer needs, delivering pre-sales demonstrations that articulate Fin's value proposition, conducting solution reviews and technical deep-dives, and designing tailored Proof of Concepts (POCs) that showcase platform capabilities. You'll manage RFPs, address complex security questions, and serve as the primary technical resource for C-level stakeholders. Cross-functional collaboration is central—you'll work closely with Product and Engineering teams to gather customer feedback and influence product direction.
The role requires minimum 3 years of technical pre-sales experience with demonstrated ability to manage C-level relationships. You should have strong technical acumen, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate complex business challenges into tailored solutions for both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience with POC management, RFP processes, and security compliance is expected. You'll be comfortable with occasional travel and thrive in dynamic, collaborative environments.
