Glow is transforming enterprise endpoint security with an agentic-first platform that provides security teams visibility, context, and autonomous remediation across endpoints, applications, and AI tools. As a Solutions Engineer, you'll be the trusted technical advisor guiding customers through their buying journey, partnering closely with Account Executives to translate complex security challenges into business outcomes.
You'll lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer environments and objectives, deliver tailored product demonstrations, and design proof-of-value and proof-of-concept engagements. You'll present technical solutions to security practitioners, architects, engineering teams, and executives, serving as a cybersecurity advisor during evaluations. Your role includes mapping customer pain points to platform capabilities, providing architecture guidance, and assisting with integrations into existing security ecosystems.
Cross-functional collaboration is central to the role. You'll work with Product Management to share customer feedback and feature requests, partner with Engineering on complex challenges, support Customer Success during deal transitions, and contribute to marketing initiatives including webinars, customer events, and technical content.
You'll also develop reusable demo environments and technical assets, create solution playbooks and competitive positioning materials, mentor Account Executives on technical messaging, and contribute to internal enablement and knowledge sharing.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting experience, with a strong background supporting enterprise SaaS sales. You'll have deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies and modern enterprise architectures, proven ability to lead technical presentations and customer workshops, and excellent communication skills for both technical and executive audiences. Experience working with Enterprise or Strategic Account Executives is important. You're willing to travel up to 30% and thrive in fast-moving startup environments where you can take ownership, act with accountability, and solve hard problems collaboratively.
