As a Solutions Engineer, you'll be a critical bridge between sales and customers, working closely with Account Executives and Account Managers throughout the full sales cycle. Your responsibilities include conducting technical discovery sessions, delivering compelling product demos, generating proposals, crafting RFP responses, and supporting contract negotiations. You'll develop deep expertise in Enertiv's hardware and software capabilities, enabling you to confidently address technical questions and concerns from buyers and evaluators.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead technical discovery calls to understand customer needs and map them to Enertiv's capabilities
- Deliver engaging, customized product demonstrations tailored to prospect requirements
- Develop and present technical proposals and RFP responses
- Support sales negotiations by providing technical clarity and credibility
- Collaborate with Account Executives to identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Bring an AI-first mindset to streamline sales processes and workflows
- Serve as a trusted technical resource on sales calls, diving deep into product details when needed
You'll report to the VP of Growth and work in a fully remote capacity with minimal travel required. Colorado-based candidates are strongly preferred. The role offers $125,000 base salary plus equity, positioning you as a key contributor to Enertiv's growth in the commercial real estate technology space.
